Quality Machining
Every Vennture mouthpiece starts with high-speed, high accuracy turning operations. Facing, drilling, reaming, profiling, and boring are carried out on a precision CNC gang tool lathe.
Vennture’s investment in software is not limited to VennCAD™. Vennture has developed its own proprietary CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) software product that reads the *.mpc file you create in VennCAD™ and translates it into the G-code read by Vennture’s machine tools.
Quality Measurement
In yet another software engineering effort, Vennture has developed a CMM (coordinate measurement machine) hardware and software platform that allows both for the digitizing of mouthpiece models (such as stock models or custom models you wish to have scanned for importation into VennCAD™) and for QCing (quality checking) of every single mouthpiece we manufacture (including yours!) to ensure that it matches the design specified by the *.mpc file.
Quality Buffing and Polishing
Vennture is unapologetic about using technology to bring you the best possible product. From VennCAD™ to CNC machining, we kneel to our robot overlords. But when it comes to buffing and polishing your masterpiece to a high shine, nothing beats a little bit of old-fashioned hands-on craftsmanship.
Quality Finishing
For silver and gold plating, Vennture trusts its mouthpieces to either Anderson Silver Plating in Elkhart, Indiana or Theta Plate in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Having two fully qualified sources for this crucial finishing operation means that downtime, maintenance, and workload at our suppliers is less likely to impact our delivery time.
